The hotel in Australia was very disappointing. The rooms were in very bad condition with electricity disruptions affecting the air-conditioning and heater. The service was quick to escalate issues but overall, the stay was not ideal due to the room conditions and disruptions.

The hotel is located in the heart of the Patong area, just a 2-minute walk to malls and walking street. The night market is very near to this hotel, offering lower-priced items. The rooms are set out neatly with fresh sheets, blankets, and pillows. The room's balcony is wonderful, especially in the morning or afternoon. Though it may be loud outside, it's good for hanging wet clothes after swimming in the pools.

The staff are courteous and provide information as needed. They responded back promptly, and according to one staff member's title on her email, she is supposedly the winner of a cooking competition in Phuket. The hotel offers car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, airport shuttle, paid airport shuttle, welcome drink, and tours/ticket assistance.

The hotel is very good, just 1KM from Patong Beach, and the local market is very close by. It is close to the commercial center, not far from the beach, surrounded by complete living facilities, and near Jungceylon Mall and Banzan Fresh Market.
